The GEM is simple to understand when looking at the graphic. However, if you have read Engage the Church, you know that there is a lot of work to be done in the background to make the model work. This page is set up to give you examples for each ministry leader in every area of the GEM. In the book, you were introduced to “Nine Steps” that will help you set up model and then put it into practice. The resources below introduce you to the “Nine Steps”, and then give you the option to download a PDF of resources for each area of ministry. Lastly, you’ll find some “fill in the blank” style PDF documents that will help your team set up your GEM, and the individual ministry areas.
