Helpful structure.
More room to engage.
At Fellowship City Church, Engage the Church is providing coaching and helping build useful ministry structure. The church is using the Engage the Church model to support this work.
The purpose is practical: help leaders create clear pathways for people to participate, use their gifts, and grow in responsibility. Structure serves the people and the mission they share.
This is the kind of work partnership makes possible—coming alongside a local church with coaching and practical support as its leaders build an environment in which every person can engage.

Engage the Church: Building Churches that Plant Churches

Slovenia · Radovljica
Alongside Sebastian
and Glorija.

Sebastian and Glorija’s church is Evangelijska krščanska cerkev Radovljica. Alongside their local church, they continue to lead a union of churches in Slovenia.
Engage the Church is coaching them through culture, vision, rhythms, and systems—bringing practical attention to shared identity, direction, the patterns of ministry, and the structures that support it.
The aim is to help them lead with clarity and create environments in which people across the churches can engage. This is ongoing work, built through coaching and relationships.
Partnership supports this kind of personal, practical help for leaders whose responsibilities extend beyond a single congregation.

The Bay Area · A growing partnership
Helping churches
start churches.

Close to home, we are supporting churches in the Bay Area and establishing a partnership with the Bay Area Church Planting Network.
Engage the Church serves as the network’s multiplying coach, helping churches think through how they develop leaders, multiply ministry, and prepare to start churches.
That work connects our mission—creating environments in which every person can engage—with the network’s commitment to helping churches plant churches.

Relationships first.
A wider horizon.
We want to extend this work to more leaders across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. These are future opportunities we hope to develop through relationships and partnership.
Our approach remains personal and practical: listen well, understand the ministry’s context, and help leaders build clarity around the mission they are called to serve.
