As leaders you want people to engage with what your church is doing.  The people who are visiting and those who make up the church also want to be engaged.  So what is the disconnect?  Often times, these two desires are like two ships passing in the night because there is a lack of organizational structure to help them connect.

The Get Engaged Model (GEM) is a simple model that can you can use as is, or could inspire you to develop your own model.  The concept is simple:  help people connect, develop leadership, and send out teams to plant churches.
